They say opportunities don’t just happen, you create them.

When taking your business to the next level, you‘re often pushed to take risks in order to make gains — making those decisions are definitely scary ones.

One of my business coaches quoted a Japanese proverb:

“Claim the victory, then go to war.”

Powerful words. My heart was in, but my head was filled with fear. Although ultimately I know my journey is just in the beginning stages, I have learned so much and continue to learn and grow mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I would truly not have it any other way. So I feel BLESSED with the countless opportunities that I continue to manifest with hard work, sacrifice and dedication to my craft.

So with all that said .  .  .

I am excited to announce that GÄDIS Beauty Studio is expanding and growing! But don’t worry, not moving too far 😉

The opportunity for a storefront space (in our current building) opened up, and we are making moves y’all! The upstairs will remain part of the GÄDIS expansion with some changes, but all services will be more convenient and easily accessible from the first level. 

GÄDIS Core Values are a crucial part of this mission. One of those is having a growth mindset and continuing to evolve individually and as a team. What I have learned is that the key to improving company culture means it all starts with improving myself. I continue to do all that I can to bring my best — I read any and all business and personal development books, listen to podcasts, invest in my business and life coaches, participate in masterminds, and take care of my mental and physical health daily. I am not perfect but knowing I want to lead a successful, AND happy and motivated team drives me and my vision even harder.

If you are pursuing success, try not to get too comfortable with where you are at that moment. If you want to succeed, you must fail faster. Remind yourself that lessons come from failure. If you strike out in the search for excellence, you’re only going to learn more and achieve more.
