There is currently a lot of construction going on in the Milwaukee area, and this seems to be the case quite often. So please keep this in mind and give yourself a little extra time for travel with the likelihood that there may be some construction traffic on your route. We appreciate you being on time for your appointments!

The time scheduled ensures the best result! We won’t compromise on quality or rush your provider for you or clients scheduled after you.
WHY WOULD WE NOT ACCOMMODATE LATE-ARRIVAL?
If time allows, we will happily still take you in!
If the timing of your delayed arrival causes us to have to reschedule, you may be charged 50% of the service as a late fee. This late fee compensates your provider’s time they reserved for you that was not available to other clients.
If this happens more than once, we will charge you for your future services at time of booking.
IF YOU KNOW YOU’RE GOING TO BE LATE, PLEASE CALL US ASAP!
Reservations must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance of your check-in time. In the event of a no-show, you will be charged for the entire cost of your reservation with the card given at booking.
If you simply experience a breach of the 48 hour cancellation window, a charge of 50% may be made based on the timing. If this occurs more than once, the full amount will be charged. We understand emergencies happen, but please also use buffer time before your appointment to account for some of those.
We love you and we love your little ones, but we ask that you leave those cuties at home. Between keeping a sterile setting, the presence of needles, and both yours and your artist’s focus, it’s truly safest and the only way we’re able to guarantee results you love. Out of respect to other guests and technicians/artists, we want to ensure a calm, peaceful vibe.
Unless your mom, bestie, etc., also has a service booked, this no extra-guest policy extends to them as well.

We will charge your future services at time of booking.
We do our best to accommodate when and where we can, but if it’s still an issue after that, per our discretion, it’s possible that you may not be able to book with us in the future. This will be on a case by case basis.
