You will experience 1-2 days of a bold and bright lip, followed by 2 days of chapped lips. Lips continue to change and adjust in color for the next month. Total healing lasts up to 4 weeks with a touch up at 6 weeks.

Yes, you can wear lipstick once your lips are healed.

We can match your favorite lipstick color, or create a custom mix based on your skin tone. We recommend bringing in your favorite lipstick or reference photos.

Avoid ibuprofen, fish oil, and vitamin E the day before the appointment to reduce the possibility of bruising and bleeding. We also recommend avoiding alcohol or caffeine 24 hours before the appointment.

Yes, but you must wait 4 weeks before/after the appointment.

If you have a history of cold sores or herpes, the procedure could trigger an outbreak. Prescribed antiviral medication should be taken in advance of the appointment and it should be noted that cold sores can affect the healed results of the lip blush. If your appointment is during a cold sore outbreak, the procedure cannot be performed.
